Relocation

Our commitment to no displacement is a core tenet of the Euclid Improvements, and it’s why we worked with our residents through several community meetings and information booths in 2019 to co-create Relocation Commitments early in the process.

 

Since then, we have presented the relocation commitments to City Council several times, including study sessions in November 2021 and February 2022. And we’ve worked with City staff to create a relocation plan based on those commitments.

 

The relocation plan builds on our relocation commitments and provides all eligible tenants with the ability to choose from 3 options to ensure no displacement. Those 3 options are detailed in the attached documents listed below:

The relocation plan received unanimous approval by the East Palo Alto City Council in November 2022.
